David Paul, Principal
In 2002, he accepted the position of General Manager of Arizona, overseeing sales, engineering, and support. During his tenure as General Manager, David was consistently recognized as a top leader with exceptional sales and overall P&L results.
During these years, he was also active in other entrepreneurial endeavors. He was a founding member of The Captive Media Group, an airport advertising company that had first-year sales of nearly two million dollars and is also an active member of a highly successful franchisee group.
In 2010, he accepted an enterprise leadership position at CenturyLink, where his organization was one of the top-performing in the country. In 2013, David took his entrepreneurial passion and IT experience to begin Sedexis, and that same success followed.
Sedexis is consistently recognized by its customers as a valuable IT resource that provides dynamic solutions that meet or exceed operational and financial objectives. David and his wife, Kimberly, live in Arizona with their two daughters, Sedona and Alexis, whose combined names inspired the company name.
Jonathan Hartman, Managing Partner
With more than 30 years of telecommunications and technology services sourcing experience, Jonathan joined Sedexis Consulting as Manager Partner in September 2022. Jonathan has built his career on helping businesses leverage technology to meet their needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
Before joining Sedexis, Jonathan worked for a global technology services distributor, PlanetOne, as their Senior Vice President of Sales for over 11 years where he emphasized transitioning partners from selling traditional telecom services into more complex and complete connectivity, cloud, and IT solutions to SMB, large and enterprise businesses. Over the years, Jonathan’s many contributions helped PlanetOne grow into one of the top nationally recognized technology services distributors, honored by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies for eight consecutive years from 2011 through 2018.
Jonathan was recognized for the eighth consecutive year in 2022 as a CRN Channel Chief, for his exemplary sales leadership and channel advocacy.
Jonathan’s entrepreneurial career started as a co-owner of a startup high-speed fixed wireless Internet service provider, which was successfully sold in 2006. He then moved back into the corporate world, supporting partners and master agencies for XO Communications. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Denver. Jonathan is a car enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and family, food, wine, travel, music, hiking, and riding his Peloton.
Robert Interdonato, Managing Partner
Before Sedexis, Bob spent a decade at Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink), serving as the General Manager of the Southwest region and later as the Vice President of Mid Markets covering the entire US. In his role as General Manager, he led the Southwest team, facilitating value-driven projects in Network, Security, UCaaS, and Managed Services for businesses of all sizes across AZ, NM, Southern NV, and West TX. As the Vice President of Mid Markets, he oversaw a sales team of 225 professionals, supporting over 10,000 customers and managing $1.1B in annual revenue.
Prior to Lumen, Bob dedicated 11 years to XO Communications, starting as an Account Executive and rising to the position of General Manager. In this role, he led sales and engineering teams in serving customers of all sizes throughout Arizona.
Bob’s strong, established relationship with Sedexis’s executive team spans over two decades, aligning seamlessly with the company’s core values and customer-centric approach. His expertise in sales leadership and go-to-market strategy enhances Sedexis’s capabilities to cater to customers of any size and requirement.
A proud Sun Devil, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. With 30 years of marriage, he and his wife Brook reside in Scottsdale, AZ, and are parents to two children, Reed and Scout. Reed, a junior at William and Mary, is pursuing a degree in Data Science while playing college baseball. Scout, a freshman at Arizona State, is working towards a degree in Psychology.
Lisa Ercanbrack, Senior Project Manager
Starting her telecom career in 2004 with Xspedius Communications as a Service Delivery Coordinator, Lisa has navigated through significant industry shifts, including mergers and acquisitions with tw telecom, Level 3, Century Link, and Lumen. She has excelled in various capacities, notably spending eight years as a Retention Account Manager before moving on to roles in Sales Support and leading as a Lead Sales Support Associate.
Lisa’s proven track record in client retention and her deep understanding of the telecom industry make her an invaluable asset to our team. Her expertise will be crucial in steering our client projects and ensuring our solutions meet the complex needs of today’s dynamic market.
Away from work, Lisa is passionate about puzzles and the outdoors. She treasures the time spent traveling to new places with her husband of over 25 years and their two children. Her son, Brennan, is pursuing a Biomedical degree at the University of Arizona, and her daughter, Alex, attends high school in Vail, AZ.
Lori Wilson, Manager, Client Services
Lori joined Sedexis in February of 2017 as the account service manager. She comes to us with over 20 years of telecom experience. Lori started her career 1998 with Frontier Communications as an analyst. She had been promoted multiple times throughout her tenure, most recently as the provisioning team lead over seeing installation in the Asia Pacific markets after the Level 3 merger. In her current role with Sedexis Lori and her team oversee the successful installation of all Sedexis orders, as well as carrier escalations, and post install support. When away from work Lori and her husband are active in the community and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends and their English bulldog, Coco.
Evelyn Parker, Project Coordinator
Evelyn joined Sedexis already having over fifty years of experience in the Telecom industry. She started her career as a Directory Assistance Operator for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1969, although the majority of her experience was as a Transport Equipment Engineer with SBC. In 2000, Evelyn left SBC to begin a new career with Allegiance Telecom, which was later acquired by XO Communications. She spent 19 years with the combined companies in various positions in repair, Service Delivery-Wholesale, and the National Activations Center (NAC). While at the NAC, as a Sr. Analyst, Program Manager, and Production Support- Delivery Manager, she developed training material for new Delivery Managers, and traveled globally to train the offshore Delivery Managers there. As a project coordinator for Sedexis, Evelyn is responsible for working directly with clients in scheduling and managing successful installations, as well has coordinating projects between carriers and third-party vendors. Evelyn has been a fantastic addition to the team, and brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge and experience!
When she is away from work, Evelyn volunteers at a local food pantry and is an active member of her church. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
